Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use PostgreSQL databases with row-level security to ensure tenant data isolation. All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

• Clerk — authentication and user management
• Resend — email delivery
• Twilio — SMS messaging
• Vercel — hosting and deployment
• Neon — database hosting

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days before permanent deletion, allowing you to reactivate if needed.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
